When you reserve products for pickup through our online ordering system, we collect: name, mobile phone number, email address, pickup window preference, order details (items reserved), and any notes you provide. We use this information solely to process your reservation, confirm pickup details, verify age at pickup, and respond to questions about your order.
Your information is used to: (1) process your pickup reservation, (2) send order status updates (confirmation, ready-for-pickup alert), (3) verify age compliance at pickup as required by Colorado state law, (4) respond to customer service questions about your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you opt in to SMS communications by checking the consent box on our reservation form, you authorize 3 Thirsty Goats Wine & Liquor to send you transactional text messages related to your pickup reservation. These messages are strictly transactional and include:
Important: We do NOT send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. All SMS communications are limited to transactional notifications about a specific reservation you initiated.

Colorado state law requires that all alcohol purchases be made by persons 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification. By reserving through our online system, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age and will present valid ID at the time of pickup. Reservations cannot be completed without valid ID verification at pickup; no refunds are available for failure to provide ID.
We retain your reservation information for as long as needed to provide our services and as required by Colorado state law for alcohol retail business records (typically 3 years per Colorado liquor licensing requirements).
